Every handcrafted house is one of a kind. The craftsmen's skilled fitting of the logs preserves the natural uniqueness of the wood.
Wood is a natural, renewable building material. We use minimal technical processing, and material loss is smaller than with milled-log construction – about 90% of the raw material ends up in the log wall.
A healthy microclimate, stable humidity and less static electricity – especially important for people with allergies.
The entire load-bearing structure is solid log or beam, with timber-frame walls. We produce the whole log part in our workshop – wall plates, posts, floor joists, roof purlins and insulated wall elements – and only the assembly takes place on your plot.

We dry the material to 18%, which is sufficient for outdoor use and construction, as well as for storing and planing the material.
Compared with undried wood, dried timber has better durability, strength properties and insulation. Later shrinkage and shape changes caused by drying are minimal.
Undried sawn timber is used, for example, for formwork, scaffolding, temporary structures and the like.
